Day One Physio offers sport specific assessment and training. We focus on getting you back to doing what you love, or helping you to reach a new physical goal.
At Day One we specifically offer Golfing Assessments and Running/ Triathlon Assessments. However whatever sport or goal, great of small, we can offer tailored loading programs for your body and desired activity.
GOLF ASSESSMENT/ GROUP CLASSES
Day One Physio offers a Golf Specific Fitness Assessment utilising the Titleist Performance Insitute (TPI) screening tool. If you are working with a golf professional or coach, we are able to collaborate with them to find physical limitations that may be adversely effecting your swing or causing consequent injuries.
When you book in for your initial golf screening, you will run through a battery of tests and movement pattern analysis from which you will receive a tailored program. You then will the be encouraged to book into a group to continue your rehabilitation under the guidance of the Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist can work alongside you and your golf professional in this time to get the best results from your body and ultimately from your golf swing.
