Hello and welcome to the Day One Physio community

Day One Physio focuses on empowering clients to take control of their body and physical goals. We believe that strengthening and planned progressive loading programs are the best way to overcome the limitations caused by

injury and deconditioning.

We promote autonomy in clients, teaching clients how to move and be as independent and conscious in their rehabilitation process as possible.

Injuries should not stop you from living your best physical life, so start with us at the beginning, at Day One

"I couldn’t recommend Day One Physio more highly. Prue and her team are world class with a beautiful clean studio to match. I went from chronic shin splints/runners knee and spending $$$ on multiple pairs orthotics, to running a marathon pain free with no orthotics. As long as you’re willing to stick to the program Prue puts in place you will get results. Look no further."

"Fantastic service, I was in so much pain with my shoulder and have never felt better."

"Highly recommend Day One Physio! Prue went above and beyond to make sure I was ready for an upcoming triathlon. She was knowledgeable, understood my goals, and helped me understand how to manage long term.
Huge compliments to Prue for being so welcoming and making each session fun as well!"
