RUNNING & TRIATHLON STRENGTH/ CLINICAL PILATES

Day One Physio offers sport specific assessment and training. We focus on getting you back to doing what you love, or helping you to reach a new physical goal.

At Day One we specifically offer Golfing Assessments and Running/ Triathlon Assessments. However whatever sport or goal, great of small, we can offer tailored loading programs for your body and your desired activity.

ASSESSMENT/ GROUP CLASSES

Whether you are a beginner to running/ triathlons, or compete at an elite standard, there are often times of injury or poor performance due to inefficient technique/ incorrect biomechanics.

Day One Physio offers assessments for individuals that are looking to enhance their running/swimming/cycling efficiency, improve time/distance/frequency of their activity or simply prevent injury. If you are currently suffering from an injury related to running/ swimming or cycling we provide a full assessment of the injury as well as looking at the key contributing factors to your injury and designing a program to correct it.

Once you have had a structured assessment, you will receive a tailored program which will incorporate your current training program,  you will also be encouraged to join one off the strength groups where you can continue your rehabilitation or prevention program under the guidance of a Physiotherapist. This allows clients to follow their individualised programs considering their personal injury history, strengths, weaknesses and running/ triathlon goals.
